Due to the current UK lockdown measures beginning on Thursday 5th November, Rust & Stardust is currently closed for bookings. We hope for an update as soon as the situation changes.

However, if you want to get in touch to discuss an event for 2021 or in the future, please do contact us.

Rust & Stardust is a Sussex-based puppet theatre company.

We are passionate about stories and storytelling, folklore and mythology, unconventional performance spaces and all things handmade.

Rust & Stardust was established by Katie Sommers and Eleanor Conlon in 2015. We create all of our puppets, costumes, sets and props ourselves, and produce our own original scripts for touring, festivals, schools and events.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to sustainability in theatre and taking responsibility for our environmental impact. We aim to use recycled and re-purposed materials in the creation of our puppets, animations, sets and costumes, and to promote greener theatre in our workshops and education projects.

Rust & Stardust is proud to be an Arts Award Supporter. Find out more about our education work and Arts Award offers here

Please contact us for touring information and costs, and we are open for puppet commissions for theatre, film and individuals, so please do get in touch
