The Silver Bracelet

The Silver Bracelet was created for Year 8/9 Classics students and features the stories of Tarpeia and Cloelia, as well as exploring themes of Roman womanhood, life and culture.

Told by two Roman ladies with tabletop puppetry, singing and storytelling, The Silver Bracelet is a great fun introduction to some inspiring topics on the syllabus!

The Bridesmaids and the Lamps

An adaptation of Jesus' tale of the wise and foolish virgins, The Bridesmaids and the Lamps is a great introduction to bible stories and parables, and also explores biblical culture.

Told with tabletop puppetry, Hebrew songs, storytelling and cultural props, The Bridesmaids and the Lamps is a great prelude to teaching the parables, and can be used to inspire children to create their own projects.

We have performed the show as part of our Lost Sheep model - find more information here

Rust & Stardust deliver a range of workshops, either as part of any of our shows, or separately.

These can be adapted for ages 5+ and include puppet-making, shadow puppetry, puppetry techniques and storytelling with music.

We have worked with schools and organisations including The Red House Aldeburgh, Orford Primary School, Alfriston Primary School, Saint Barnabas School, Age UK Tunbridge Wells, Assembly Rooms Tunbridge Wells, and Tunbridge Wells Puppetry Festival.
